We’ve been helping businesses create better social relationships with customers. On March 20th SimplySocial had the honor of participating in the Social Media for Customer Management Summit. This distinguished event was sponsored by SimplySocial, alongside other leading social media support system brands: Wildfire by Google, Lithium, AVAYA, and SAP.
At this event, SimplySocial CEO Tyler Arnold participated in a panel discussion on “Designing the Social Experience.” Panel members described the various processes critical to creating the perfect social experience for customers. Attendees asked specific questions and got insight into what they were lacking and what they could do to create greater value throughout the entire social life cycle.
