Beside the physical stress of a new business, entrepreneurs have to deal with the psychological toll of starting up as well.  You may have to lose nights of sleep and experience exhaustion and burnout for your business, but one of the things you need to know in order to deal with the stress of your startup is that you’re never alone. Sometimes it’s important to just take a step back and think about things not just from a business standpoint, but also from an emotional one.
